The Last Sunblade
The sun has not risen for thirteen years.
Beneath an endless night, ancient vampire lords have divided the dying world between them. Human settlements survive behind locked doors, paying for protection with food, obedience and blood.
Former soldier Emrys Vukovic wants nothing more than to defend what remains of his village. Everything changes when he discovers the empty hilt of the legendary Sunblade-a weapon shattered on the night the sun disappeared.
Its four fragments are now held by the most powerful vampires in the world.
Joined by a corpse-speaking witch, a boastful monster hunter, an enormous northern warrior and a mysterious woman concealing a terrible secret, Emrys sets out to restore the blade. Their journey will lead them through an iron fortress, a city enslaved by beautiful dreams, a kingdom buried beneath the mountains and the black palace of the first vampire.
Each recovered fragment brings the world closer to morning.
Each burst of sunlight also threatens to destroy one of their own.
To end the endless night, Emrys must uncover why the Sunblade was broken-and decide how much one life is worth when the fate of the entire world hangs upon its edge.
A dark, action-packed sword-and-sorcery adventure filled with vampires, ruined kingdoms, dangerous magic and unlikely heroes.
