The Last Shift at Bellwether Mill

Fourteen years ago, Bellwether Paper & Fiber shut down for the last time. Mason Voss's father disappeared with it.

Everyone in Morrow Falls decided Dean Voss had run away. Eventually, Mason did too.

Now Bellwether is scheduled for demolition, and Mason has accepted one well-paid overnight job inside the abandoned mill: photograph the machinery, label what remains, and be gone before the crews arrive at dawn.

At 12:03 a.m., a punch clock with no electricity wakes up.

As Bellwether begins repeating pieces of its final shift, Mason discovers six workers were erased from the official record that night. The official records say they left. The mill says otherwise. And his father may have stayed for a reason Mason is not ready to forgive.

To make it out before dawn, Mason must uncover what happened below the mill, separate the truth from the story a dying company sold the town, and decide whether the dead need revenge - or simply to be counted.
