Not a Hero

I found his comments about Republicans toward the end of his life disgusting and abhorrent to the point of ignorance, and bigotry. If a white player said that about black liberals they would be banned for life, like they did tio Curt Schilling. He was a good player but no hero, not at all, and had much resentment and bitterness in his soul
