In this series we have used the story of creation to illustrate the esoteric meaning of numbers. The six days of creation each progresses us to the seventh day when wisdom is realized. It is then necessary to have a cycle of time represented esoterically as the number eight. Eight follows sequentially after the seventh day which is when we assimilate, reflect upon, and experience what has been learned as the fulfillment of oneself within oneself.
