After WHITE TAMMY and LIL CHARLES gets robbed and killed by jack boys from a different hood, SHORT DOGG and others from The Lane get together and form The Mob. The gang's message is simple: all outsiders most vacate their neighborhood. When this order gets tested, the bullets will begin to fly. Can The Mob hold down its territory?
