The story begins in a small town outside Chicago in the 1960s, where Big Dave, a renowned chopper builder and leader of the Devils Rejects motorcycle gang, falls in love with Sarah, the mayor's daughter. This forbidden romance infuriates her father, Mayor Dennis, who vehemently disapproves of Big Dave. In an attempt to permanently remove Big Dave from Sarah's life, Mayor Dennis makes a deal with Bruce, the head of the local Mancini organized crime family, to make Big Dave disappear. Big Dave vanishes one night before a planned meeting with Sarah. Sarah, alerted to Big Dave's disappearance by the Devils Rejects, rallies them to search for their missing leader. The Devils Rejects, who have a history of collaborating with the Mancini crime family, discover Big Dave's iconic 1956 Knucklehead chopper abandoned at a dock known for the Mancini's illicit activities. United by their discoveries, Sarah and the Devils Rejects embark on a hunt for their leader and take their revenge.
