If I asked you to describe the person who gave you your cup of coffee this morning you probably would have no idea, unless they got the order wrong, then you added their face to the mental shit list you keep. I am one of those people. You never notice me; you have no interest in knowing my name. You will only use my name if you have to make a derisive comment about me or my service or my ineptitude. I am pretty sure when you leave my bookstore; you will completely forget me by the time you reach the corner.
