keepers:an alien message for the human race

Wonderful, best recolection of an alien encounter ever. Makes you stop and think, eyes wide open, and it could happen to anybody.

***** One Small Step for Man, One Giant Leap for ET *****

... A valuable general reader for those that have not either had a "contact" experience -- yet -- or been a researcher in UFOlogy for any length of time. Indeed I recall my early years of working in this field circa 1980's and being dumbfounded by all the contradictory, paradoxical aspects of the alien abduction as well as near-death experiences that I specialize in myself. However, I have had close encounters of a mystical kind that closely parallel these communications from ET, so I am hardly in a position to scoff. I likewsie remember the wise counsel given by John E. Mack, MD, after he reviewed my own book's manuscript and confirmed its message as valid. More so, my adult daughters, Kim and Shelli, had a life-altering vision of Earth Changes while camping in the Olympic National Forest, Washington, that I document in my book and blog today, and, in short, as I read Jim Sparks' theme, the "planet is dying," I recall that was what my kids learned, too. Equally, they were shown by ETs, or multi-dimensional earthlings, our future after what I strongly believe is a pole shift in 2012 A.D. Yet beyond the trauma-to-come "as the world turns" into more galactic and solar light, I am optimistic that we shall overcome the obstacles and it will be revelations like this one that will help condition us to the larger truth that we are not alone -- and never have been .... This guy is believable and to the point

I read this book in two days. I did not want to put it down. The fact that is a a nice down to earth person faced with extraordinary events makes him believable. He was an average joe with street smarts. He was an entreprenuer who did well and he had a sucessful marriage. He did not askfor or seek out these experiences. This guy Jim never intended to be a writer but he is very good at putting his thoughts and experiences on paper. He is writing a second book and I can hardly wait to read it.

"The Keepers" - A keeper.

If you have even the slightest belief that the ET abduction experience is a credible phenomenon then Jim Spark's account will provide a fascinating read. Unlike many other discussions of this "experience", he has remarkable recall of his courageous ordeal and gives great insight into an alien perspective. It prompts one to examine the human role in the Cosmos by considering the fact that just maybe - we are not exclusively seated on the top at the center of the Universe. The message is simple and rings true, even if you reluctantly park this book with your Science Fiction collection.

Crediblity is a messy subject..

I agree somewhat with "W. Christie's" questions.. But this book was written 8 years ago; the time travel stuff happened over the next 8 years when he finally got the book published he wrote those few pages. But that part certainly through me for a loop as well. I have serious trouble believing in time travelers from our future coming to say hi; way more trouble believeing that than anything related to aliens ..of course, could just be some frauds messing with him. As for miltiary being involved with his abduction experiences. This doesn't suprise me in the least; read a few books on how national security works and you won't be suprised either. There are black programs from the 60s-70s that are absolute facts openly admited to under the Freedom of Information Act, that were mindblowingly wicked (and they stayed secret for decades!). These black programs many of which are still in operation are quazi government, some are completely rogue. The "need to know" is independent of rank or office. It allows these people to rape the system and appear as if they have the true authority. The thing about Jim, which he makes clear is that HE doesn't understand their motives. Jim is genuinely bothered by the aliens. He says basically 'Why in the hell are you telling me this stuff what can I do!? Why don't you do something or give me some technology to work with?'. He is quite analytical of himself and the events around him; and he still seems that way. So I cant' throw it all out the window just because his accunts are so incredible. . The fact that the whole "save the enviroment" stuff is definitely not an elaborated on focus to this book, manages to calm my thoughts of suspecting motive to lie. If he did make all of this up he is a SERIOUSLY twisted person and I HATE liars. But I was so enthralled by his account, even if we were to find out he made it all up I am so impressed I would give it 3 stars regardless. Because I have no idea if he's a liar and I loved the book.. I'm left giving him 5 stars. It's definitely worth a read. Jim has almost total conscious recall of years of abductions which is a rarity worthy of heavy study.
