It has been a month since Timmy died. Melissa, Tommy, and their mom were having a hard time coping. While they have good days, there are also bad days. Olivia and Gabbi spent many nights at Melissa's house listening to endless stories about Timmy. Gabbi loved hearing the stories, although Olivia sometimes gets tired of hearing them. It is during those times Gabbi sits Olivia down and talks to her. She tries to tell her to put herself in Melissa's shoes. Gabbi has to do this often. She is the type of person that does not like to hurt other people's feelings. Many times she bites her tongue while in the presence of someone so she does not say a hurtful word.
