Very good book not so very good!

I ordered and paid for a “very good” book. The front cover fell off when I opened the book. The first three pages needed tape for rips. The back cover was already taped on. If this is very good, I hesitate to see a good book. I have been pleased with other books I’ve ordered. This was unacceptable for “very good”. It makes me question if I should use your service again.
