This is not a usual new-age Guru type simple spiritual feel-good book with ready-made bulleted insights. Rather it is a factual and authentic description of the struggles, challenges and enormous difficulties one will face when living by the spiritual principles. Thanks to the current wave of fashionable spirituality books, one tends to assume that spirituality and living life by spiritual principles is easy and fun. But all the religions of the world agree that understanding and living life by spiritual principles is a tough job. Dr. Shahmardaan's book is a wake-up call to the neo-spiritual seekers to re-direct their attention on the timeless truths of spiritual *sadhana* (consistent efforts ) to purify oneself and surrender oneself to the divine.
