Added depth of understanding

I have several bibles in various translations. My absolute favorite, and daily go-to, is my David Jeremiah study Bible. The intro to each book of the Bible gives historical setting, background foundational information and what the messages in that particular book mean to us today. The study notes from Dr Jeremiah add meat to the verses. All together, using this Bible for my daily time with our Lord, enables my growth and adds value to the time spent in study. If my house was on fire, my Jeremiah study Bible is one thing I would grab as I ran out.
