As we grow and develop in life, things never turn out how we want or expect them to, regardless of how much money, family, or friends we have. We all suffer from childhood traumas in some shape, form, or fashion. We use hate, self-pity, and self-aid to suppress feelings in our mental state and emotions in our physical state. We use our free will to make decisions based off the desires of our heart, mind, and body but never our spirit and soul.

Our earthly desires cause us to be blind to the permanent pain and damage because we are so consumed with the temporary pleasures that seem to fill our empty spirits and souls. We question God, our self-worth, and our purpose because in the moment of trials and tribulations, we feel alone and abandoned. I'm here to tell you that you are not alone and that God is working in your favor, regardless of the infliction of pain that you endure.

It's always the things you can't see that do the most work in your life, be it negative or positive. In this book, you will read about my walk in life and the earthly desires I chose to fill me and how accepting Christ into my life mentally, physically, and emotionally changed the desires of my heart and opened my eyes to the hands that were always holding mine, every step of the way.
