When the United States and Russia are absorbed by the new political turmoil in Latvia, and a Chinese nuclear bomber is shot down over the Taiwan Strait, he decides to launch a multi-stage invasion. The Admiral outwits his President, who wants to delay the invasion until 2049, and takes control of Quemoy. Liang celebrates his victory and orders his opponent, the President, arrested and executed. He becomes head of state and continues his invasion. In Nevada, a brilliant hacker, Albert Stone, supported by the billionaire Hamilton, tests his wonder weapon. However, he fails to contact the White House. Meanwhile, President Liang blinds American satellites over the Taiwan Strait. He also establishes a No-Go Zone in the Strait and an attack corridor across the Strait. While the U.S. is still gathering forces for a decisive battle against China, Hamilton and Stone destroy PLA-missiles fired at the Penghu Islands, the next target of invasion, with the Miracle Weapon. As result, China gives up the invasion. It has to pay compensation to Taiwan.
