A young aspiring comic book writer finally has time to finish his latest work amidst the COVID-19 outbreak. Naturally, he wants to share his work with his family but finds he has some steep competition. This relatable story plays on novel joke "The Interrupting cow" that kids love, and they are sure to be engaged every time they get to say Mooooooo as Kyle tries desperately to get his parents attention.

The past couple of years were tough. Even as an adult there were times that life in general was difficult to navigate. While drafting this book I realized more than ever before that this was also a tough time for kids too. We learned to set aside time for our loved ones who need us just as much as we need them. So, after reading this book have a little chat with your little one to make sure they are okay mentally, physically, and emotionally. It's also a wonderful time to revisit family game and movie night. To all: with this book I am sending much love and strength to you, hoping that the coming year will bring brighter days and more laughter.
About the Author
Lamaria Jones was born in St. Louis, Missouri migrating to Houston, Texas soon after her birth. Growing up she had a wild imagination, one that would take her on the most amazing journeys where she would meet the most interesting people along the way. Though she loved her imagination, she was reluctant to share her stories, poems, and art until she gave birth to the most amazing baby boy, who would one day encourage her to write "The Interrupting Kyle" Lamaria's first book.
