Page is a young singer in search of her musical and personal identity. She is in a new relationship with the rising hi-hop star Zitra Blue who has promised her a place in his band Blue Hip. They have scheduled a first rehearsal on Page's next free day. Page supports herself as a driver for Faro's Limo Service. On the morning of this all-important day Page is woken out of a strange dream by a 6 AM call from her boss, Faro. He wants her to take special fare for a daylong sightseeing tour of Seattle, with the final destination being a certain "Institute of Light". Page is lured into the trip by the promise of ample financial reward, and thinks she can work in the rehearsal somehow - as part of the sightseeing The fare Page picks up from SeaTac International is an elfin woman radiating light from her golden suit, hair, and skin by the name of Tanya S. Divine who reminds Page of her strange dream. As Page and her mysterious passenger embark on their journey and Page begins chasing the suddenly elusive Zitra Blue, she might be guided towards something entirely different...
