Cathy Lauro's book is a no nonsense approach to getting the best out of life using the tools that we already possess. As an avid reader of self-development books, I have found Cathy's book to be a loving and generous over-view of the most useful elements in this area. She writes with a human touch; it is obvious that she cares for the reader even though she has not met each one personally.
