Two cops were brutally killed after responding to a suspected cargo at the Philodendron North Harbor. A body was discovered two days later, slain, and no identity was ever recovered at the crime scene. A paint tainted with arsenic connects them, but its use in ordinary applications has long been outlawed for more than a century. Then another unidentified man turns up washed ashore on a beach, his body is littered with tickets, travel documents, and receipts for trips to Washington DC. The fact that a slug was found in this man adds credence to the theory that he was the suspect encountered by the two officers and a terrorist hell-bent on destroying the country.
