Schulpolitik, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: The study examined the Impact of Human Resource Management on Teachers' Performance in Senior Secondary School in Apapa Local Government Area, Lagos State. The research design used was strategy design with a population of 134 respondents across the 6 senior secondary schools in Apapa Local Government Area. Slovin's formula was used to determine the sample size, totaled 101 respondents. A questionnaire of 30 research question was administered to the 101 respondents to determine the extent of the impact of human resource management on teachers' performance. Only 93 questionnaires were returned. Therefore, the sample size was determined at 93 respondents. Descriptive statistical tools, Analysis of Variance (ANVOA) and multiple regression analysis to test the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable were used and generated using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 17.0.
