The Impact of Digital Technology on Libraries During Covid-19

This book is first of all a tool to sensitize the Congolese masses who seem to ignore that access to the library is the beginning of the development of a nation and its people; and a contribution to the fear lurking in librarians-documentalists in their profession in front of the digital in a digitalized world in constant infobesity.
