Finally, Jude illustrates how elephants and bicycles proved invaluable in the victory for Ho Chi Minh and the North Vietnamese. As always, Jude Rand ends his fictionalized account of each section with a memo to Charles A. Zachary, the owner of the magazine, explaining how he acquired his information about the war and what is happening in the world around him.
