Another example of how to address the People factor in the business world. A natural follow up to his previous book. He makes it seem easy through easy reading. Many 'simple' processes and techniques to move any organisation forward in culture change. This is a 'must' read for any student or practitioner of behavior change leading to culture change. Watch out for his next book that will be available later this year
