How often have you felt that you don't know what you're doing or that everyone else in the room knows more than you? I'd wager it's more often than most people let on. In this book Hema articulates those experiences expertly and then details how she faced the problem and rewired her own behaviour. It's very much a journey that we can all relate to and if you are being presented with new ways of working or being asked to "do Agile" after years of working in more traditional project structures then this is the book for you. A well written and thoughtful description of the authors introduction to Agile working. An easy read (apart from feeling the authors pain and frustration) this could almost be seen as a self-help book about dealing with change. The challenges and self-doubt described could just as easily have been written about any project with constantly evolving requirements and is not specific to software development. The authors introspective approach and effort to see things from an alternate perspective would be beneficial for many... James Weir, London

A very relatable book and story, which carries many big and small lessons about being an individual in an agile working environment. I especially enjoyed the detailed exercises that make a lot of sense. Davida Ginter, Author
