This book captivated me. I have read several books from the caregiver perspective of TBI since I myself have been a caregiver for my husband for the last 7 months. It is definitely worth reading, if for nothing else but to get to know that all of the trials and hard times that families go through after a traumatic brain injury can lead to recovery, even if "recovery" isn't the return of the person who sufferred the TBI, but a "new" version of the old person. The theme of this book seems to be "Don't give up".
