Good- Not Great

Not as strong as her previous series, (Triad Sreet). Enjoyable read but not a "can't put down" for me. A little disappointed in book #2 of this series. Hopefully, book #3 pulls the reader in.

Avid Reader

I first read the Shop on Royal Street and really liked the story along with the suspense. When I ordered this sequel, I thought it would be as good. But I really disappointed with this one. Semed very long and drawn out and kind of boring. Took me over a week to read and all the other books by Karen w ere page turners, however this one was not. Will continue reading Karen's books because I am a fan of her books.
