Kissing Cousins

The Kingdoms are a well established British family and one with a lot of pride. And Clay Kingdom wants no scandal bringing it's ugly had down on his house. So when rumor gets out that distant cousin Sasha Gray, who is living under the Kingdom roof, has been doing the town up with Clay's younger brother Shelly, who is engaged to his childhood sweetheart, Clay tells them they have to stop it. Shelly, not a man to buck his stern older brother gives in. Sasha resists, telling the Kingdom family that they were just having fun. She resents the rigid control Clay seems to want to exercise over her life.Then the next day, while shopping, Sasha buys too much stuff, has too many packages and can't find a taxi. Enter good Samaritan Rex Phillips. He offers to drive Sasha home, but who should come upon them in the carpark, but Clay and he is not happy. He tells Sasha he'll drive her. She refuses, says she'll ride with Rex, but unfortunately for poor Rex, he works for Clay and Clay orders him away.And now you have two men who will be seeking the attention and affections of young Ms. Gray and it appears that our heroine will not knuckle under easily to the whim of any man, much less the domineering Clay. So who does she wind up with? Well you know how to find out the answer to that one in this romance that was written way back in 1976.
