Beginning with the very first book of the Bible, Genesis, we are introduced to a number of portraits depicting a loving Jehovah God that has an overpowering desire to have fellowship with man, His prized creation. Come meet this Loving God in His house through salvation, restoration, expectation, and consecration. The Tabernacle of Moses was used for many years, a traveling house for God to meet with man. Solomon was granted permission to build a permanent temple for Jehovah that stood as a place for Israel to worship in for years until its destruction in AD 70. The House of God today cannot come close to the splendor of Solomon's edifice, but the same God is available to His people now as He was then. Through these four areas of contact, we are shown how to come in the very presence of a forgiving God.
