This is about life changes as women get older an it happens to all of us !

Hot Flash Club

I love this! I read everyone of the series over the Christmas Holidays. I could not put it down. Reading on my Kindle even made it better because the minute I finished one I order another! It was refreshing to read about women over 55yrs. I am in my early 60's and love to read. Not many of the novels I read I can totally relate to. I would recommend to all of the mature ladies who are still out their living their lives to the fullest. Hope I will find more of the same.

The Hot Flash Club Chills Out was great

The Series is great . you are drawn in by the Characters and leaves you wanting more .. You laugh, you cry, you want to yell at one character, you want to slap another... I am also relating to the things that these women are going thru and say THANK YOU to Thayer for writing about them! when is no.5?

This was a fantastic book! Nancy Thayer keeps your interests throughout by continuing the ongoings of the characters. The ladies have a fun time house watching, while trying to stay the course back home. I can't wait to read Hot Flas Club Holidays.

In this fourth installment of the Hot Flash Club the five friends think that they will have a wonderful time relaxing in Nantucket for the summer as they house sit for a friend. But life is not as simple as the quintet would like it to be, and they each have problems in their personal lives that they must deal with. Between caring for her elderly mother and her fiancé's lazy adult son, Marilyn feels that she and Ian will never get to plan their wedding. Alice cannot say no to helping out her son and his wife and runs herself ragged caring for their infant daughter. Faye tries not to let her boyfriend drag her down as she gets excited about painting for the first time in years. The married and divorced several times Shirley cannot keep herself from falling for a good-looking fisherman on the island, and Polly struggles with the fact that her boyfriend is still at the beck and call of his ex-wife. ***** As I seem to be steamrolling toward the hot flash years, I can empathize with the everyday trials that these five women encounter. Nancy Thayer has written a delightfully wonderful and humorous novel with real characters making it so easy for the reader to care for the women of the Hot Flash Club.
