This is a combination love story and "how to..." book on handling horses. The story is set on a small Colorado ranch. Par, the main character,uses a very gentle method to work with horses under his care. His "training" is based on patience, acceptance, and mutual respect. He practices this same philosophy on his human acquaintancs and encounters many interesting and unusual adventures. This is a deffinate MUST READ....
