Dr. Evelyn Harrow, a brilliant but emotionally fractured psychiatrist, takes on a new patient named Marcus Vale-an unassuming man with no criminal record, no history of violence, and no apparent trauma. Yet Marcus claims something terrifying: he has no soul, and he steals fragments of others to feel whole again.
At first, Evelyn dismisses his words as delusion-until her own nightmares begin. Each night, she dreams of strangers, living lives she never lived, dying deaths she never faced. The more sessions she has with Marcus, the more her grip on reality slips. She begins to lose chunks of time, waking in strange places with dirt under her nails, blood on her clothes, and faces in her memory she swears she's never seen.
The line between doctor and patient collapses as Evelyn realizes that Marcus may not be sick-he may be a mirror, reflecting the darkest part of herself. Or worse, he may be exactly what he claims: a hollow man feeding on the essence of others, dragging her into the void with him.
In the final descent, Evelyn must face the truth: is Marcus real, or is she the one consuming lives to patch the emptiness inside her?
