The Hollow Class: The Hollow Awakening

By Marcus Hammond

Every soul receives a Class.

Elias Vale receives nothing.

After dying on a rain-soaked motorway in England, Elias awakens inside a ruined shrine in a world governed entirely by the System - a force that assigns power, status, and destiny to every living person.

Soldiers become living weapons. Healers bend life itself. Even farmers grow stronger through their work.

But when Elias undergoes his Awakening, the System fails.

Instead of a Class, he receives a single forbidden designation:

Hollow.

Branded as something the System cannot understand, Elias becomes the target of the Dominion's Archivists while ancient ruins begin stirring across the realm. Forced beyond the safety of civilisation, he uncovers fragments of a hidden truth buried beneath the world's beautiful surface.

The System was not the beginning.

And something older has started watching him.

As Elias struggles to survive in a land where identity itself is measured by power, he must uncover what it truly means to be Hollow before the world decides he should never have existed at all.

The Hollow Class is a progression fantasy featuring mystery, slow-burn power growth, ancient ruins, eldritch corruption, and a richly atmospheric world inspired by modern progression fantasy and classic epic fantasy alike.
