America is an exceptional country, and Americans are an exceptional people. Certainly, we all have our flaws and have equally made our share of mistakes. The title of this book makes the point. Our opinions change and the song lyrics, at least to me, reflect on those changes. Sometimes it is the left foot or hand; sometimes it is the right foot or hand; and sometimes it is our whole self, shaking about. If you are anything like me, your views change over time. I know mine have and probably will again.
