Excellent Book with Wonderful Illustrations

This book is absolutely chalk full of really wonderful illustrations of Cavalry from 1661-1865. There are full color plates of every period and many details. There is even a chapter on the Cavalry horses. These illustrations back up detailed descriptions of each era. A really wonderful resource for anyone interested in combat history or costumes.
