Three university students, Kevin, Phillip, and Shelley, struggle to deal with the consequences of a super-collider experiment that threatens the existence of the human race. How these are resolved can be what saves or dooms the two societies.2) Book three, "The Sheath", is the story of the ultimate fate of humans and the sidhe as they struggle to coexist and what happens when an impending disaster from what the sidhe calls The Between faces both races.About the Author:I am a manager of software engineering in the high tech industry in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have an undergraduate degree in mathematics and a masters degree in computer science, both from the University of California. I also have a third degree black belt in TaeKwonDo and a first degree black belt in KangDukWan, a Korean self defense martial art. I am an amateur guitar player and photographer.A lifelong interest in science, especially physics, and how advances in science and technology affect our lives led to my first book, The Hilt. It is the start of the Quantum Fall Trilogy, a series of books that explores the unintended consequences of a super-collider experiment.I live in Morgan Hill, a suburb of the San Jose in the San Francisco Bay Area with my wife, our golden retriever, two cats, and two geckos.About the Illustrator:The cover is the result of the artistic talents of Antonia 'Nia' Lowe. She is a freelance illustrator and tattoo apprentice in the San Francisco Bay Area. She began doing illustrative work while she was in school studying fine arts. In 2013, she graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with her Bachelor's degree in Fine Art and began to pursue tattooing. She continues to take on design projects as frequently as possible.
