A fun read that deserves to come back!

I remember this children's book from when I was little. Actually it was one of my little sister's books then but I loved reading picture books, so I remember reading it out loud to myself. A city makes a hill with a pile of dirt and it snows and all the kids have fun! After reading that, I wanted my own hill that would grow!
