After 22 years of leading the people of Pink Pearl Island, Governor Marcel Petty is getting set to hand over the reins of his Governorship to his son, as election for the island approaches. However, the crime rate on the once peaceful island nation is spiraling out of control and the cries of the people for something to be done, threatens a possible smooth transition. The high crime is also hindering potential investors from considering Pink Pearl Island and the rich citizens of the island are also warning Governor Petty that they intend on leaving the island. So, Governor Petty puts pressure on the Commissioner of Police to solve the crime problem. Commissioner of police force Hansel puts pressure on Detective McKinney and the rest of the police force to solve murders, infiltrate gangs and bring down the crime problem. As the police force cracks down on crime, suddenly boys and young men on the island begin to go missing. There is a fear that the boys are being kidnapped and that human trafficking may be the reason. Journalist Gina Maura believes that the high crime rate and the kidnappings are linked and sets out to find the kidnappers and hopefully put an end to the murders and killings on Pink Pearl Island. At the same time, Opposition Leader, Michael Bentley has plans of using the out of control crime rate as a major campaign tool against Governor Petty. It's a race against time as the police feel the pressure to stop the high crime rate; Governor Petty is trying to bring more high profile investors to the island in order to successfully hand the leadership of the island to his son and Reporter Gina Maura must identify and expose the kidnappers before the killing reaches the doorsteps of the rich citizens of Pink Pearl Island.
