An absolute MUST for any new or growing administrator!

This book has proven to be a key tool for effective educational leadership. Dr. Coley does a great job in pulling together key educational leadership and teacher development resources under one cover. I have marked this book as a ready-to-use reference manual to assist me in my on-going tasks as an administrator. He covered key areas of teacher development tools, school law and finances, etc. that are practical guidelines especially for the Christian/private school sector. I highly recommend his book to anyone interested in developing a more effective educational leadership style.

Definately one of the best books on leadership in a Christian school I have ever read. A definate must read.
