It's a beautiful spring day, and Danielle and her kids have been showing Detective Nigel Hawksworth the many covered bridges in the Willamette Valley. The day has been a fun one, and they are nearly done with their tour when they stumble upon the body of a young woman just outside the Crawfordsville Covered Bridge. Danielle doesn't know her, but young Officer Nicholls does. "Oh, Taylor," he cries. "I was going to ask her to marry me on Friday."
