Their separate experience, though separated by 2000 years, echoes and extends one another's as if they were playing the same orchestral piece on slightly different instruments. It is the tale of four independent women and the chaos brought by greed and the lust for power. As the story unfolds, Boudicca's mysterious disappearance from history is finally explained.
