The Sunflower

The instructions are a little intimidating, but that's probably because I'm a beginner. I've cut out the pieces for the "sunflower" quilt, and did a "trial run" with scrap fabric. It worked great, the template was perfect.

A book to own

Beautifully illustrated book with very clear instructions, unfussy designs that are simple and attractive. The opposite of those folksy cluttered patterns. Something that you can come back to as a reference source for other types of handwork.
