Understanding Yourself

I got this book because I've been trying to figure out what my dreams mean as well as figuring out what it has to do with my life. I have never got a dream book that wasn't a dictionary before and this book WOW it really helped me to understand my dreams so much that I can now go to bed and wake up and pretty know what my dreams are all about. Not only that but it's inspired me to keep a dream diary/journal where I put my dreams in there with the suggestions that it gave me to use when you want to remember them. If I need further help, I just look at my book. This is MUCH better than any stupid Dream Dictionary could EVER do.
