The longer I live, the more I realize and appreciate just how important the gift of choice is to each and every one of us. I have learned that on a daily basis each one of us has the opportunity to exercise that gift of choice to look up or to look down, to look forward or to look back, to be positive or to be negative, to be brave or to be afraid, to be happy or to be sad, to be forgiving or to be condemning, to be grateful or to be ungrateful. Throughout our lives there always has been, always is and always will be a choice for us to make. It is my hope that The Handbook of Choice will help each one of us to remember that we have all been given the great gift of choice and that with the knowledge and application of that gift in our lives, we will make the right choice, no matter the circumstances, that will bring great joy into our lives by looking up, by looking forward, by being positive, by being brave, by being happy, by being forgiving and by being grateful.
