The Guardians is a science fiction/fantasy saga, tracing the history of the beings which we call angels, and showing how in an attempt to save themselves from extinction, they became hapless agents in the creation of the human dimension. The work is divided into three books: The first concerns the destruction of the world of angels and the creation of a new universe. The second describes the end game in the battle between the angelic and satanic legions - perhaps good, perhaps evil - on a planet Earth hopelessly scarred by abuse, and in the grip of a deadly plague, a mutation of the 'Immune Deficiency Syndrome'. The third tells of the few who survive after the moon has been destroyed by the parting angles, raining meteoritic devastation on the Earth; and of the coming of a promised messiah who is to free them from the bondage of their unseen masters.
