This children's story is the first of a series of three stories about a junky farmer who owned a group of goats, then tried his hand at being a rancher and last, he tried to be a shepherd. This first story is titled: THE GROMMET GOATS, the second story is: THE JOLLY RANCHER MEETS UP WITH THE JUNKY RANCHER and the third story title is: THE BAA, BAA BLACK SHEEP WITH THE GREASY FLEECE. Each situation was disastrous for the animals who lived on the junk man's pasture. He cared very little for his land and his goats, steers and sheep. The animals dreamed of a lush green pasture and clear waters to drink, but what could they do? Who could make their dreams come true?
