Throughout the years Cora Dunn lived in Greenhill, she touched many lives through her poetry. Often she would be invited to speak at the church she attended in Alma- Greenhill or in many other churches and community gathering places and her listeners would become spellbound as she entertained them with her beloved stories told through the genre of poetry and prose. Cora's greatest love was to her family and this book of poetry highlights several events that happened to her loved ones whether it was her daughter Hazel leaving for school at West Pictou District High, her granddaughter Sherri leaving for Australia on a Rotary Exchange, her marriage to her sweetheart, husband Reg and their service in the Second World War.
