The Pet Search

TITLE: The Great Pet Project AUTHOR: Jacqueline Carroll NUMBER OF PAGES: 86 PUBLISHER AND PUBLICATION DATE: 1995, by Warner Bros. Television ISBN: 0-671-51905-0 PRICE: $3.50 "Do you like fun, interesting and enjoyable books to read? If you do this is the book for you, "THE GREAT PET PROJECT." Michele Tanner the main character of this book does both. Michele wants her very own puppy; she has wanted one her whole life she says to her best friend Cassie who has just received a puppy herself. So she goes to her family to ask for one, but when they say NO, she comes up with an interesting way of showing them she can take care of a pet, she'll show them. So she decides to bring home the class mice, she says to herself, "What could go wrong with a few little mice?" In this book Michelle comes up with an interesting way of convincing her family to let her get her own pet. Well my mom had done the same thing when she was a kid, only she brought home hamsters over the weekend. To show her parents she could take care of a pet just as well as Michele Tanner did. I really liked this book. I liked it so much I read it in less than four hours; the only time I set the book down was to eat. This book keeps your attention all the way throughout the book. There are many reasons I liked this book, but the three I remember the most are, its interesting and enjoyable to read, it passes by in time, and it's also very fun to read. It's interesting and enjoyable to read because I couldn't even set the book down even for a matter of seconds. I tried to once but it didn't work out for me. It passes time by quickly, you may feel like you have only been reading for less than one hour but, you have really been reading for three-four hours. That's exactly what it done to me; trust me it really is that fun to read. It is also very fun to read, but if you're not much of a reader you may think that I'm weird, but I chose to finish reading this book instead of going outside to play and joke around. I would recommend this book to anyone that likes the TV show Full House and who enjoys reading. Girls between the ages nine-fourteen would probably enjoy this book most. People who don't like reading, boys of all ages, and people who dislike the TV show Full House probably wouldn't like to read this book though I would still recommend this book to people who dislike reading. Will Michele ever actually get her own pet? Find out by reading this wonderful book called The Great Pet Project. Read it and you will find out. I promise, but wait that's not all, you'll also go through many, many interesting and stunning facts. Oh Yeah and don't forget about the class pet, the mice, "What do you think will happen?"

The Perfect Plan
