seafood must

I bought this cookbook many years ago, and have always taken it to the beach with me. We always have such delicious varieties of fish and shellfish here in Florida. On my most recent trip, a friend fell in love with it, so I ordered this copy for him. I hope he enjoys it as much as I have. I really like the pictures of the procedures as well as the finished product.

As a stranded couple of spearfishers and sail enthusiasts we got this cookbook from a street vendor. Now two years later we have memorized most of the recipies.We absolutely recommend this to seafood lovers for too many recipies(reasons I mean).
