The Great Chili Con Carne Cook-Off is a charming story about learning life lessons in a very unexpected way. Teddy the Terrier, has won the prestigious title of Chili Con Carne King every year at the annual Cook-Off, held at the Grand Hall in Downtown Puppytown. But Teddy's plans are soon dashed the day before the event, when Teddy's brother Mulligan, whose "tummy is always grumbly," has eaten all of the SECRET INGREDIENT, leading Teddy on a frantic search in hopes of finishing his prize-winning recipe to win the Cook-Off and claim his title again.
