In a world almost thirty years in the future where the Big Lie Coup succeeded, The Great Gatsby meets 1984 told from the Jordan Baker point of view. This is an knife-edgy satire set in Wisconsin and Chicago in 2048 during the long, long ugly reign of The Great Golden Leader who stole the country years before. Women and minorities are placed back in the boxes preferred by misogynists and racists of the Critical Hippo Party and the iron fist of the Church of America. Scary times make one think about what might happen in years to come inverting a communism takeover with a red-hatted, orange-faced fascist one.
