Harvey Mills, born and raised in Houston, Texas, out of a family of nine children-seven boys and two girls. He was raised by a single parent (mother), who did domestic housecleaning (maid service). The boys shined shoes to contribute to the next meal. Combined with government assistance, the family survived. The Mills siblings were taught not to steal but to be honest and work for what they wanted or to simply do without. This publication is the result of that upbringing (example). When you look for the best in people, you find an abundance of answers. In our society today, as the result of focusing on the positives in our community, there is found a multitude of answers available to solve our community problems. It is the purpose of this publication to bring those perspective together and make them an integral part of our destined culture.
